**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless administration across our international operations.
This hands-on specialist will maintain accurate HR records, manage data integrity, and handle administrative tasks with expertise in Swiss social law and European HR practices.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage complete employee lifecycles, including onboarding, position changes, terminations, and separation procedures.
- HR System Management: Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational requirements.
- Documentation and Compliance: Archive and manage employee documentation in line with organizational and legal requirements, administer benefit plans across Europe, and prepare HR-related documentation.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a hands-on HR specialist or HR support role with a focus on international environments.
- Familiarity with Swiss social law and European HR regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultures.
- Adaptable, highly organized, and capable of working autonomously.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
