Job DescriptionThis role will involve conducting outreach to clients, clearly communicating the value proposition of our services, and qualifying leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Work closely with the Business Manager to provide feedback to sales and marketing teams, identifying market trends, researching competitors, and developing strategic plans for business growth.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client engagements and business pitches.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- A positive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome challenges and adapt to feedback.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and any other language is an asset.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
