About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Supervisor Tool Store at SR Technics Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our tool store and supporting the overall New Engines operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the tool store inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment of stock.
- Coordinate the issuance and tracking of tools, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet operational needs, including production planning and control.
- Monitor work efficiency and assign work orders to employees as needed.
- Organize and coordinate the required equipment, tools, and work documents, ensuring compliance with company regulations and OEM standards.
- Actively manage personnel resources and qualifications, ensuring order processing and meeting training and development needs.
- Apply Lean principles to achieve defined departmental goals and optimize processes under department responsibility.
- Implement the Performance Management Process (PMP) and play an active role in employee motivation and development.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical or logistics background, preferably with experience in Engine MRO and logistics. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment and basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP). English language proficiency is essential, with a minimum of B2 level.
