Executive Financial Manager

The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is a 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of the city. As Executive Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the hotel, ensuring that we maintain our position as one of the leading hotels in the industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

As Executive Financial Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the hotel's budget and forecast, including preparation of financial reports and analysis of variances
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax and accounting standards
  • Providing guidance and support to department heads on financial matters
  • Developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability
  • Coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required

We offer a competitive salary of 120,000 CHF per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for finance, please submit your application.

We require:

  • Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a hospitality industry setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
