Marmot Invest AG is a Swiss wealth management company dedicated to empowering women through tailored financial solutions. We're seeking a visionary Wealth Manager to spearhead our mission of closing the financial gender gap.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our investment teams to design and manage model portfolios that cater to the unique needs and aspirations of high net worth individuals and their families.
  • Utilize your exceptional communication skills to create compelling marketing and educational content, promoting financial literacy and showcasing our wealth management offerings to female clients.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and engage prospective clients, emphasizing our commitment to serving women's financial empowerment.
  • Cultivate partnerships within the female financial ecosystem, including coaches, ambassadors, and brands, to amplify our mission and reach.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with clients' goals, fostering ongoing dialogue and trust.
Requirements
  • A reputable MBA and strong educational background in finance or business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, with a focus on wealth management, portfolio management, or related fields.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to translate complex financial topics to diverse audiences.
  • Good digital software tools proficiency, coding skills a plus, Morningstar and PMS CRM System knowledge also a plus.
  • Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to serve as a successful advocate for clients.
  • A keen sense of resourcefulness and efficiency in process implementation.
  • Strong educational background in finance and business.
  • Passion for our women-oriented mission to close financial gender gaps.
  • Excellent English language proficiency, German a plus.
