As an Enterprise Agile Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in championing Agile practices, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation to enhance efficiency and customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies within the Digital Pods, promoting a collaborative and adaptive culture.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Agile teams, Product Owners, and organizational leaders to achieve business objectives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, problem-solving sessions, and conflict resolution processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training workshops to equip teams with Agile skills and knowledge.
About Your Background:
  • Proven experience in roles such as Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or Chief Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of organizational agility and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
  • Expertise in DevOps practices and tools like Atlassian Jira.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver Agile training programs, with a trainer license (e.g., SPC, PST) preferred.
  • Excellent coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
