Nc-programmer & Project Support (80-100%)

In this role, you are responsible for creating NC programs and supporting investment projects. You report directly to the Head of Rotor Production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create NC programs for shaft production.
- Ramp-up of complex manufacturing systems (turning, milling, and grinding) with the associated automation and robotics.
- Collaboration in investment projects with a focus on NC programming and BMK topics, co-development of postprocessors, tool concepts, and manufacturing processes.
- Systematic and sustainable solution to operationally relevant errors.
- Optimization and stability of manufacturing processes.
- Carrying out production trials or running-in of new materials.

Your background
- Completed polytechnic apprenticeship with specialization in manufacturing is required.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing technology in the areas of turning, milling and grinding.
- Further training as process specialist EF or technician HF is desirable.
- Several years of experience in the clamping industrial environment.
- 5 years’ experience in NC programming environment (CATIA V5, TDM, Autocat Siemens controls 840D and control systems such as Soflex, Fastems, etc.)
- Experience in setting up and operating complex manufacturing systems and manufacturing cells.
- High motivation, ability to work under pressure, and quality awareness.
- Project manager/leadership experience advantageous.
- Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills Good German language skills, English advantageous
