This position reports to:

Head of Project Management MOSD

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support our project management team by handling specific aspects of projects and assisting our project managers in project execution. If you have a reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented working style, strong communication skills, and a passion for IT, we look forward to meeting you

The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid.

This role is contributing to the division Motion System Drives in Switzerland.

Main Accountabilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

  1. Processing SAP order bookings for various customer orders in collaboration with Sales, Controlling, and Project Management, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
  2. Managing material deliveries from SAP booking to shipment in a reliable and efficient manner.
  3. Supporting project managers with various tasks, such as credit/debit notes, preparing reports, and organizing project meetings.
  4. Assisting with monthly KPI analysis, project documentation, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications for the role
  • You hold a commercial education (e.g. apprenticeship with further education).
  • You have over two years of professional experience, preferably in an international industrial company.
  • You possess strong SAP R/3 skills, particularly in the SD and PS modules (order creation, revenue and cost planning, BANF, MBS, etc.).
  • You have advanced proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Office 365 (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with MS SharePoint is a plus.
  • You demonstrate confidence and composure, even under time pressure.
  • You work in a precise, efficient, and structured manner.
  • You communicate and collaborate reliably and professionally in both German and English, verbally and in writing.
