Montageplaner/disponent

In this role, you will be responsible for the operational planning of the Turbocharger assembly program and monitoring of the material availability. You will be reporting to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Disposition of single materials and turbochargers of the assigned TL types.
- Ensure availability of materials for customer orders.
- Monitoring sales order items for Turbocharger & Part Exchange Program (PEP) Orders in FELIOS.
- Project management skills to analyze data, and processes and to develop ideas for continuous improvements.
- Initiation of improvement initiatives, identification of optimization potentials, and best practices.
- Capacity planning together with production and assembly.
- Create and change material master data in SAP.
- Monitoring of inventory level and inventory turnover.
- Scrapping of materials without a demand.
- Checking of the forecast/safety stock and logistic key data (SAP, FELIOS, addOne).
- DCR ramp up / ramp down process (execution part).

Your background
- Completed apprenticeship with recognized additional education, e.g. logistics specialist, operations specialist, or technician, and several years of work experience in a similar environment.
- Very good communication and organizational skills as well as a structured work style.
- Very good SAP knowledge and good MS Office skills.
- A flexible, reliable, conscientious personality who keeps a cool head in hectic times.
- Team player, high commitment, and assertiveness with a good portion of negotiation skills.
- Fluent in German.
