Your Responsibilities

  • Commission, upgrade, and update camera-based inspection systems at our sites and suppliers in Switzerland and globally.
  • Perform FAT/SAT and qualification activities according to GMP and ensure proper documentation.
  • Train local employees and experts from maintenance and production departments at our sites.
  • Identify potential improvements in systems and processes and pass feedback on to the development team.
  • Provide 2nd-level support for all test equipment within our production network and coordinate with supporting units or suppliers.
  • Act as an expert for inspection systems within our global machine network and lead rollout or upgrade projects as needed.

Your Profile

  • A technical background with experience as a TS technician.
  • At least 6 years of experience in maintaining global production machines and systems, with experience in camera-based systems an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a solution-oriented and methodical working style.
  • A motivating personality who proactively solves challenges independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent command of German and English, with an additional language a plus.
  • Will to travel regularly to our worldwide production sites, with an estimated 40-60% travel activity.
