About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tech Support Professional to join our dynamic IT team based in Geneva. This role is crucial for managing local IT operations and supporting Ripple employees globally. The Job Description
This is a challenging role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing front-line IT support to employees through various channels, including walk-ups, ticketing systems, and live chat. You will also manage and support audio/visual systems for meetings and events, ensuring high-quality communication and presentation capabilities. Additionally, you will monitor, troubleshoot, and repair IT hardware and software issues to maintain optimal operational efficiency. Other key responsibilities include developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, managing IT-owned assets, facilitating new hire orientations, and serving as a technical resource and advisor on IT-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line IT support to employees
• Manage and support audio/visual systems for meetings and events
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair IT hardware and software issues
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Manage IT-owned assets
• Facilitate new hire orientations
• Serve as a technical resource and advisor on IT-related matters

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have 3-4 years of experience providing IT support in a global corporate environment. You should possess expertise in supporting both macOS and Windows operating systems at scale, as well as experience with managing Android and iOS devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools in a corporate setting. Previous administration experience with SaaS platforms such as Google Workspaces, Slack, and Okta is also highly desirable. Strong troubleshooting skills across various systems and technologies, a solid understanding of security best practices applicable on a global scale, and demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members are essential qualities for this role. Familiarity with scripting languages for administrative tasks and experience working with Freshservice, Jira, Confluence, Jamf, Zoom, Android, and Chrome OS is also a plus.
