This dual role offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful projects, contribute to the organization's ongoing transformation, and help shape the future of the FIA's project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and structure cross-functional and Performance Office projects.
- Coordinate project activities and facilitate project progress.
- Schedule and lead steering and project committees, write minutes, and ensure clear communication with various stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for project sponsors and senior leadership.
- Drive change management initiatives and organize project reviews.
In addition to your project coordination responsibilities, you will also support the Head of Department in developing the department's core services, including project support, portfolio management, and training and tools support.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to excel in dynamic environments and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements:- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is mandatory.
- Change Management certification is a desirable plus.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination/management and portfolio management, ideally in an international context.
- Experience in consulting is an asset.
- C1 or C2 proficiency in English and in French; additional languages are advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
