BoF Careers: Regional ISV Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Regional ISV Business Development Manager to lead our regional ISV business development efforts. This role involves developing and executing regional business plans, managing and delivering revenue and consumption results for named EMEA ISVs and GISVs, and leading and delivering the EMEA ISV community sales motions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Planning: Develop and execute regional business plans that drive growth and adoption of Microsoft solutions.
- Revenue Management: Manage and deliver revenue and consumption results for named EMEA ISVs and GISVs.
- Community Advocacy: Lead and deliver the EMEA ISV community sales motions, acting as a model partner lead, deal & licensing strategist, and sales execution SME.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Product Marketing, and WW Customer Success.
Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively and ensuring follow-through.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills up to the executive level.
- Tech Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies and emerging trends.
