Bristol Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company that is dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Process Optimization Director.

Job Summary

The Business Process Optimization Director will be responsible for driving business process improvement initiatives across the organization. This will involve working with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing process changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that business processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation and metrics to track performance
  • Provide training and support to employees on business process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, supply chain, or other relevant area
  • More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven experience in business process automation and external partner systems connectivity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and easily works in cross-functional matrix teams
  • Knowledge of business analytical tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Excel VBA), and related IT systems, with the ability to translate business requirements into user specifications
  • Strong process management foundation (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping), and demonstrated ability to mobilize these skills
