Order Desk Specialist for Supply Chain Management

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Order Desk & SCM Professional (100%) to join our team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing the overall supply chain for our CE IT range, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Plan and analyze weekly and monthly sales data, as well as manage and monitor inventory levels.
  • Support and backup for Order Desk Management Monitor (LFD, LCD, HTV, LED), weekly sales plans, SELS MA/STO check and proposal.
  • Manage memory availability checks, SCM of memory products, and display and memory products in our e-store, including STO approval.
  • Perform general OD tasks as a SCM CE IT position (80% SCM, 20% OD).
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Prepare various reports, maintain and process data accurately.
  • Support urgent inquiries from Korea in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in business administration or similar, preferably with further training in SCM.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in SCM or logistics.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ideal experience with SAP and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
  • A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a professional appearance.
  • A proactive, team-oriented, and stress-resistant personality, experienced in global settings.
