Key Responsibilities- Steer the planning, management, and execution of cutover events, covering both business and technology aspects.
- Lead client and KPMG teams to prepare for, test, and rehearse time-constrained cutover events, via the design, construction, testing, and execution of cutover plans and run books.
- Be responsible for the migration workstream for large-scale programs in the financial services industry.
- Communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
- Develop and mentor team members globally and across divisions.
- Over 10 years of experience in software development.
- Between 10 and 15 years of technology delivery (IT project management) and advisory experience across leading consulting firms.
- Strong ethical behaviors and high integrity, aligning with KPMG's vision and aspirations.
- Significant experience and proficiency in data migration and software development/programming skills.
- Proven track record of project management in large-scale transformation programs.
- Leadership experience and excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management at C-level.
- Background within financial services.
- Fluency in English.
