Job Title: System Engineer

ONE Agency | IT Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure projects, as well as providing IT audits, customer consulting, and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conception, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
  • Creation of IT audits, customer consulting, and strategy development
  • IT project acquisition and management
  • Development of IT portfolios and monitoring systems
  • Server administration, on-site support, and migration
  • Customer portfolio management and 3rd level support
Requirements:
  • Completed IT education on the level of HF or EFZ as an IT specialist with relevant work experience in managing small and medium-sized enterprises
  • Several years of work experience with customer projects in the client and server area
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft server products and VMware virtualization solutions
  • Hardware experience with servers, storage, and networks
  • Desirable: further education and certifications in Microsoft and VMware
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented person with a structured, customer-oriented work style and quick understanding
  • Excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking
