  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in global transformation projects with a solution- and delivery-focused mindset.
  • Agile Environment: Proven experience in agile environments and the ability to work under pressure in complex global, multi-vendor projects.
  • Business Acumen: Strong skills in capturing complex business requirements and translating them into functional IT requirements and testing materials.
  • Technical Expertise: Balanced combination of business acumen and technical expertise, with a preference for insurance industry knowledge.
  • Education: University degree in IT, technology, business information or equivalent, is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities, with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication, co-creation, and collaboration skills across teams.
