- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, information technology, or equivalent.
- Several years of IT project management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in steering IT project delivery teams to success.
- Project management certification, classical and/or agile (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools, and the software development lifecycle.
