Job Overview

This role involves driving new business sales revenue through strategic account management, identifying customer requirements, and presenting tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with C-suite personas, overseeing client relationship mapping, and being a trusted advisor to your customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales.
  • Orchestrate Account Strategy: Map client relationships to the account team and orchestrate an account strategy across a broad virtual team.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Understand customer business needs and advise on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap.
  • Identify Specialist Resources: Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal at the right time.
Requirements:
  • Ai Integration Experience: Leverage or critically think about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Strategic Account Management: Identify customer requirements, present tailored solutions, and articulate business value.
  • Cpg Industry Background: Have a background or experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
  • Languages: Be fluent in English and French is a must, German would be an added advantage.
  • Sales Experience: Have 7+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organization.
  • Established Relationships: Establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
  • New Business Generation: Produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets.
  • Bigger Picture Understanding: Understand the 'bigger picture' and our plans around IT.
  • Customer Success Focus: Promote a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment.
