Your Task:

  1. Strategic Account Management: Manage and develop strategic relationships within assigned accounts, ensuring long-term growth and partnership.
  2. Sales Performance Enhancement: Drive sales performance by developing and executing targeted strategies, enhancing pipeline conversion rates, and improving sales processes.
  3. Internal Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and joint success.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback to inform strategic decisions.

We're Looking for:

  1. Sales Leadership: Experienced sales professionals with a proven track record of selling complex IT solutions to international clients in the manufacturing industry.
  2. Pipeline Optimization: Experts in managing sales pipelines, converting leads into opportunities, and closing deals.
  3. Negotiation and Communication: Skilled negotiators with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Adaptability and Flexibility: Individuals who thrive in multicultural, dynamic environments, with a willingness to travel and adapt to new situations.
  5. Linguistic Competence: Proficient in English at C1 level (written and verbal), with French or Spanish being a strong asset.
