Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Orthopaedics Biomaterials team in Switzerland. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer development plans, providing clinical and commercial support for product portfolios, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs and objectives
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and trends
- Develop and implement short- and mid-term growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Strengthen current Biomaterials portfolio through partnership agreements
- Prepare and implement annual marketing plans for assigned product lines

Requirements:
- Ability to rapidly gain trust and interact effectively with people
- Strong project management skills and sense of entrepreneurship
- Very strong presentation skills required
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is a plus
- Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
