Lead Technical Project Manager for Customer Support

Position: Lead Technical Project Manager for Customer Support (100%)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing technical projects associated with coupling systems in rail vehicles
  • Ensuring compliance with technical project timelines
  • Serving as the technical liaison with clients and internal teams
  • Coordinating technical elements within the project team
  • Collaborating with partner sites and suppliers
  • Planning and executing product validation processes
  • Developing and reviewing technical documentation
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical challenges

As a Lead Technical Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of customer projects, acting as the primary technical contact for our innovative offerings and valued clients in the railway sector. Your strong focus on customer satisfaction and proactive methodology will ensure exemplary project execution.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics
  • Significant experience in System Engineering/Technical Project Management
  • Customer-centric approach with strong communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-sufficient, methodical, and proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous
