About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Adobe Experience Cloud in Switzerland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, crafting persuasive sales pitches, and negotiating terms and prices with senior management and C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Source, develop, qualify, and close new and existing leads and opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement account plans to build pipeline and deliver on revenue targets via new business acquisition.
  3. Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and generate sales opportunities.
  4. Deliver compelling and polished sales presentations.
  5. Use data, site audits, case studies, and benchmark reports to nurture, advise, and support customers' decision process.
  6. Negotiate business terms with senior management, C-level executives, and business owners.
  7. Work closely with internal stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
  8. Provide and report pipeline, forecast, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities.

Requirements

  1. Experience in developing robust customer relationships in a rapidly changing context.
  2. Ability to rapidly assimilate and then clearly articulate value propositions.
  3. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources to bear at the right stage in the selling process.
  4. Be a proficient networker with strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient German and at least good English language skills.
