Job Title: Results-Oriented Administrative Professional
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Michael Page. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Manage complex schedules, ensuring timely appointments and meetings for senior executives.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights, hotels, and logistics as required.
- CORRESPONDENCE: Prepare and send correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, to stakeholders and clients.
- Document Management: Handle sensitive documents, such as invoices, contracts, and confidential files, with discretion.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls, messages, and screen requests in a professional manner.
Project Coordination
- Project Tracking: Monitor progress on specific projects, including investments, real estate management, and events.
- Budgeting: Assist with budgeting and timeline management to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with external partners, such as lawyers, accountants, and financial advisors, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Logistical Support and Event Planning
- Event Organization: Coordinate family events, meetings, and appointments, including venue selection and vendor management.
- Logistics: Manage event invitations, confirmations, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in administration, management, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a family office or private structure.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
