Administrative Support Officer

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Bureau for Employers' Activities. The successful candidate will perform a range of tasks, including correspondence, document preparation, and information management.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the team, including correspondence and document preparation.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  3. Process and follow up on routine transactions in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  4. Arrange meetings and events, prepare materials, and provide logistical support.
  5. Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school education and a minimum of four years of relevant experience. They will also have excellent command of French and a working knowledge of a second working language (English, Spanish).

Working Relationships:

The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the Director of the Bureau for Employers' Activities. They will also work with staff in other organizational units to obtain, provide, or clarify information on matters related to specific assignments and to relay instructions from the supervisor.
