Erwartungen:

  • Auf Kundenbedürfnisse eingehen: die Machbarkeit einer Transportoperation analysieren und Angebote erstellen, Kunden beraten und führen.
  • Transporte organisieren und managen: Fristen einhalten und regulatorische Vorgaben.
  • Transportdokumente verwalten, Speditionsvorgänge registrieren.
  • Beziehungen zu Lieferanten und Dienstleistern pflegen: Transportdienstleistungen einkaufen, Transportdienstleister suchen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Kunden und Interessenten ansprechen, um Ladungen zu akquirieren, Mittel optimieren.
  • Kundenanfragen oder -beschwerden bearbeiten und nachverfolgen.
  • Operative Indikatoren überwachen und bei Bedarf Alarm schlagen.

Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen Team von Ceva Ground Logistics Switzerland S.A. in Delémont

Voraussetzungen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Speditionsfunktion.
  • Fließendes Englisch und Deutsch.
  • Dynamische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Herausforderungen motivieren Sie und Sie sind proaktiv.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Transport und Betrieb.

Gehalt: CHF 65'000 – 80'000 pro Jahr
