Your Role

As a Digital Project Coordinator and Account Manager, you will oversee the execution of communication projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and budget tracking, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.

You will collaborate with clients to understand project briefs, working closely with The Bloc's expert team to ensure accurate translation into actionable plans.

  • Develop cost estimates for client approval, ensuring clear communication of project scope.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of communication projects, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate internal teams, assigning roles and responsibilities, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review all communication outputs internally to ensure alignment with client objectives before delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, collecting feedback, addressing concerns, and implementing revisions in a timely manner.
  • Monitor project budgets, tracking costs to avoid overruns, and manage invoicing processes.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within an advertising or communications agency, preferably in pharmaceutical communication.
  • A university-level qualification in communication/marketing (FH, Uni, SAWI, or similar).
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and budget tracking.
  • A deep understanding of digital projects and familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken, in German and English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a structured, reliable, and quality-focused approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, engaging, inspiring, and collaborating effectively.
