**Partnership Manager Europe (maternity cover 6 months)**:

**Your responsibilities**:
Art Basel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership Manager for Europe to join our team. In this temporary replacement role, you will report to the Global Head of Partnerships and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, managing high-level negotiations, and developing strategic partnerships across the region. You will lead a local team, oversee global projects, and ensure exceptional partner satisfaction, contributing to the continued success and expansion of Art Basel.
- Revenue Development: Strategically drive revenue growth in the region, collaborating with global counterparts to maximize opportunities.
- Sales and Negotiation: Conceptualize, pitch, and close innovative partnership deals, showcasing success in directing high-level and high-value contractual negotiations.
- Strategic Planning: Provide key insights and development paths for partnership products, both regionally and globally, encompassing physical and digital opportunities.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the local team, including direct reports and support roles, while overseeing multiple ongoing global projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage key accounts and ensure successful client relationships across a portfolio of global brands, while networking and developing new business in the region.
- Partner Portfolio Management: Oversee the partner portfolio within the region, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
- Financial Oversight: Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and controlling, in liaison with Finance and Legal departments as necessary.
- Partner Satisfaction: Ensure overall partner satisfaction within the region, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide effective reporting and communication to the Global Head of Partnerships, ensuring transparency and alignment with global strategies.
- Operational Management: Ensure that the operational needs and requirements of the department are met and achieved, maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency.

**Your profile**:

- You bring a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue and managing high-value negotiations.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to conceptualize and close complex deals.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience overseeing and motivating diverse teams.
- You have excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on networking and developing new business.
- Proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and controlling.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with senior management and global counterparts.
- A deep understanding of the art market and its dynamics is highly desirable.
