Automation Expert Lead

We are seeking a skilled Automation Expert to lead our capital projects in Europe, excluding Visp Switzerland. This role involves providing strategic and technical leadership for large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical expertise and direct support in the execution and delivery of automation projects
- Support regional teams to implement automation aspects on time, in scope, and on budget
- Lead cross-functional teams to determine design needs of multiple simultaneous projects
- Develop global automation team members to achieve world-class results
- Establish relationships with technology suppliers and third-party contractors
