Job Title: Customer Meeting Services Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Meeting Services Associate to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our Global Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the planning and execution of meetings and events.

Responsibilities:
  • Comply with global standards and policies related to meetings and events, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
  • Provide project management expertise to meeting owners and stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of meetings and events.
  • Support the development and implementation of meeting programs, including planning, contracting, and logistics.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders, including compliance, finance, and procurement.
  • Lead and manage multiple relationships with external partners, ensuring positive customer experiences.
  • Oversee operations across different teams, coordinating efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure local compliance and legal requirements are integrated into meeting processes.
  • Share best practices across business units to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent relevant working experience.
  • Fluent German, French, and English language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and expertise in using systems, applications, or devices such as MS Office 365 and SAP.
  • Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience or meetings and events background.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
  • Business and/or technical knowledge developed through education or experience, with the ability to improve processes, products, and services.
  • Ability to create impact at different levels, including immediate peers and across teams.
  • May lead small to medium projects with small to moderate risk, requiring effective and agile communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions to solve and anticipate a range of day-to-day problems, including standard and non-standard requests.
  • High learning ability and flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing environment, with a strong customer and people orientation.
  • Ability to work in a cross-country environment, influencing decisions at regional/global level that can have an impact on standardization and optimization.
