About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Swiss market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a commercial role, preferably in FMCG
  • University degree
  • Existing understanding of the spirits market or high interest and passion for our products
  • Fluent French and English
  • Driver's license
