About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Swiss market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- At least 1 year of experience in a commercial role, preferably in FMCG
- University degree
- Existing understanding of the spirits market or high interest and passion for our products
- Fluent French and English
- Driver's license
