As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a critical role in delivering customer-centric solutions, focusing on creating new business opportunities, and developing relationships to expand Agilent's footprint with existing clients.

You will work closely with a diverse team of sales professionals, including Product Specialists, to develop and implement successful strategies and tactics to sell Agilent instrumentation solutions in a highly competitive marketplace.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries to create business opportunities
  • Promote and sell products and/or solutions to current and new customers
  • Create and revise lead generation plans, including the introduction of new products
  • Develop accounts and maintain positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers
  • Determine and develop approaches to sales assignments, achieving quota targets
  • Lead projects requiring coordination with other functions and organizations

This role requires a motivated individual with a strong background in analytical instrumentation, particularly chromatography and/or mass spectrometry solutions. You will be working remotely (or from our offices in Lausanne) combined with travel to customer sites across the Romandie region, supporting cantons of Vaud and Valais.

Qualifications:
  • University Degree in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry...) or similar
  • Expertise with analytical instrumentation, and especially chromatography and/or mass spectrometry solutions (GC, GC/MS, LC, LC/MS, HPLC), with an experience either in a similar sales position or as an end-user
  • Full proficiency in both French and English
