Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Materials: Develop, produce, and program marketing materials and tools such as capabilities presentations, synthesizing insights, innovations, fragrances, and trends into differentiating x-category propositions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate on foresight and insight knowledge development and deployment, and support the execution of events, including corporate events and tradeshows.
  • Content Development: Assist in development of material for executive presentations and preparations, and plan, program, and produce communication campaigns and creative content aligned to marketing/communication strategy.
  • Market Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on competitive market knowledge, insight innovation & communication initiatives, to develop appropriate messages and projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience of minimum 5 years in marketing and/or communication role, with fragrance or beauty experience highly preferred.
  • Education: College degree with specialization in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Business, Management a plus.
  • Skills: Self-starter, able to build relationships and work effectively in a global matrix/network, with superior attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
