Business Development Representative

About the RoleYou will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in East Germany through targeted outreach, cold emails, LinkedIn connections, and direct calls.
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points, and tailor our product demos to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers, ensuring a seamless handover to Account Managers for onboarding.
Document all sales activities and interactions in our CRM (HubSpot) to optimize tracking and forecasting.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve messaging to meet evolving customer needs.
3-7 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, industrial technology, or infrastructure-related industries.
A proven track record of closing deals worth $25K or more and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong consultative selling skills, experience running product demos, and ROI-based sales presentations.
The ability to self-source leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive proactive outbound efforts.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, with strong adaptability and coachability.
