About the Role
  • You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in East Germany through targeted outreach, cold emails, LinkedIn connections, and direct calls.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points, and tailor our product demos to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.

  • Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers, ensuring a seamless handover to Account Managers for onboarding.

  • Document all sales activities and interactions in our CRM (HubSpot) to optimize tracking and forecasting.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve messaging to meet evolving customer needs.

Key Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, industrial technology, or infrastructure-related industries.

  • A proven track record of closing deals worth $25K or more and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong consultative selling skills, experience running product demos, and ROI-based sales presentations.

  • The ability to self-source leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive proactive outbound efforts.

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with strong adaptability and coachability.
