We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Next Generation Sales Academy team in Zurich. This role offers a unique opportunity to kickstart your career and make a profound social impact.

In this position, you will be responsible for performing outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, and sales qualifications. You will also develop effective messaging while uncovering opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives.

You will work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction, issue resolution, and help drive the expansion of Dell Technologies' footprint. Additionally, you will learn how to create presentations, product pitches, and whiteboards.

To succeed in this role, you should have a business/IT-related degree, recent graduation from a university or FH, and 0-2 years of relevant work experience. A growth mindset, outgoing personality, ambition, and strong work ethic are essential requirements.
