Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager - Large Accounts to lead a team of 6 senior relationship managers covering the largest asset management accounts on a global basis. The role involves client relationship management, where you will establish and drive strategic dialogue with senior-level clients, expand joint opportunity sets, and oversee contract negotiations, including strategic pricing aspects.

You will work closely with our distributor coverage team to develop and implement commercial strategies for key accounts, ensuring a joint value proposition and growth trajectory of the platform globally. In this role, you will represent Fund Centre and Clearstream Fund Services 4D offering, expanding relationships, and ensuring state-of-the-art servicing as the first point of contact to navigate the Clearstream Fund Services ecosystem related to products and operational questions.

You will also ensure targeted connectivity with key accounts through representation at industry events and capability teams. To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of experience in servicing B2B business partners, with expertise in the asset management space, and strong communication skills on a strategic and senior level.

We are looking for a result-oriented individual with problem-solving and analytical skills, well-organized, accurate, proactive, conscientious, and resilient. A good regulatory background of fund and ETF distribution and/or data services is an advantage. Fluency in German and/or English is required, and additional language skills are advantageous.
