Title: Senior Relationship Manager – Farmer role

Our client is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to provide support, advice, and a strategic approach to existing high net-worth clients. The individual would manage a portfolio and offer private banking services.
Duties Include:
- Manage existing portfolio of clients.
- Build strong relationships and attract new clients with private banking and wealth management needs.
- Ensure efficient service and wealth structuring systems are in place.
- Provide advice to high-net-worth individuals, senior management, and support staff.
- Manage the relationship with clients, investment managers, and senior colleagues.
- Prepare business reports for distribution to investment management.
- Manage risks in a timely manner by following the firm's and external regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about competition, market, and client activities in Switzerland.
- Provide clients with updated market information and conduct analysis based on the information obtained.
The preferred candidate will ideally have a private banking, relationship management, and investment banking background, demonstrating an understanding of how to deal with high net-worth individuals daily. Fluency in German and French is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively at all levels of business.
