Senior Technology Transfer Leader

About This Role
The Senior Technology Transfer Leader will be responsible for leading, facilitating, or coordinating all activities pertaining to technology transfer within the internal drug substance manufacturing site. This individual will also lead technology transfer assignments and prioritization for drug product externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for technology transfer activities, including leading cross-functional teams and establishing relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
- Cultivate relationships with senior leadership, external, and internal stakeholder groups to build and mature the technology transfer business process.
- Lead the deployment and assignment of technology transfer leaders for the given modality.
- Coordinate and lead technology transfer meetings, manage information flow, and ensure adherence to project schedules and plans.
- Be accountable for adherence to the technology transfer business process, including project schedule, technology transfer plan, risks, and mitigation tracking.
- Coordinate reports/data in support of corrective actions, deviations, investigations, presentations, and strategic business decisions.
Requirements
- Leadership Abilities: Capability to provide leadership and direction for technology transfer activities.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to clearly articulate departmental priorities, technology transfer plans, program status, and risk mitigations.
- Project Management: Proficiency in coordinating and leading technology transfer meetings, managing information flow, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and plans.
- Data Management: Skill in coordinating and managing reports/data to support corrective actions, deviations, investigations, presentations, and strategic business decisions.
- Fluent in English.
