Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including up to six weeks of vacation, flexible working hours, and regular home office opportunities.

Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager at Speedgoat GmbH, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent relationships with internal teams and customers. Key tasks include:

  • Managing project budgets and timelines
  • Coordinating resource planning and capacity allocation
  • Supervising project implementation across departments and partners
  • Communicating project updates and delays to stakeholders

You will also participate in Sprint prioritization, planning, and updating meetings, organize project kick-off, update, and close-out meetings with customers, and create and maintain project plans in project management tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline combined with business administration or project management
  • Two years of professional work experience in a customer-facing project management role in a high-tech company
  • Strong team player with proactive, flexible, and responsible personality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with process automation tools is advantageous
