Key Sales Transformation Lead for APAC Markets

We are seeking a seasoned sales transformation expert to spearhead our growth strategy in the APAC region. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive revenue expansion in a dynamic market.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies tailored to specific regions, ensuring alignment with local customer needs. You will oversee market entry initiatives, regional office setup, and team management to achieve sustained growth and profitability.
Main Responsibilities- Market Analysis & Opportunity Assessment
- Conduct detailed market analysis to assess potential for direct sales, understanding customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory factors.
- Leverage data insights to guide strategy adjustments and identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of market entry strategies and regional initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Management team to prioritize target markets, allocate resources, and set expansion goals.
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to specific regions, ensuring alignment with local customer needs.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and pricing models while optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Team Management & Development
- Build, train, and manage regional sales teams to drive performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the local offices of business partners, integrators, and key stakeholders to increase brand visibility and market adoption.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A proven track record (5-8 years) in market development, sales transformation, or sales management, ideally in B2B or a technical industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies to drive growth in new regions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, set sales targets, and achieve revenue goals.
This position comes with an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
