Senior Business Analyst/Developer

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst/Developer to join our global analytics team in Geneva, Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our analytical systems, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.
Your RoleAs a Business Analyst/Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing new Master Data platforms to unify our applications and integrate them with a common set of entities.
- Analyzing business needs and understanding what use-cases are required for our disparate systems.
- Collaborating with our global development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Providing business applications support and training to users on day-to-day issues.
- Working on exciting and diverse projects, such as Geographic Information System (GIS) based systems and data ingestion and distribution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience working with C# and related.NET technologies within global enterprise solutions.
- Experience with RDBMS and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Experience working in an agile scrum development model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive interactions with project stakeholders.
- Proactive and user-focused, with a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in the functional as well as technical aspects of each challenge encountered.
- Drives software development best practices.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
- Excellent English oral and written skills.
