Job Title: Senior Equity Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Equity Research Analyst. This role will provide an opportunity to work with our CIO department and contribute to the organization's financial guidance on equity investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of equity securities globally, providing in-depth research and insights to inform investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain an internal equity list, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on market trends and opportunities.
  • Support the management of the Equity flagship fund, working closely with the Equity Research team to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of written investment ideas and insights, presenting findings to in-house and external clients.
  • Support the Advisory team in marketing campaigns and investment requests, leveraging expertise to drive business growth.
  • Prepare detailed internal investment reports and external reports for public presentation, ensuring high-quality content and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • CFA charter holder or similar preferred.
  • 10 years' experience in equity investment (buy or sell-side), with expertise in the technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to understand or perform complex numerical analysis.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to emphasize key ideas and concepts.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with Factset and Bloomberg.
  • Proficiency in Python.
Language Skills:
  • Very good command of both spoken and written English and French. Proficiency in another language will be an advantage (Portuguese, Spanish, or German).
