Business Systems Analyst

OKOIOS is a Swiss consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative IT solutions to organizations. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and propose new processes and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT architecture, Life developers, and business units to ensure seamless integration.
- Act as a liaison between business units, Business Analysts, and IT teams to harmonize business and IT needs.
- Conduct and support user acceptance testing to ensure smooth implementation.
- Higher professional education in IT or a related field (HES, federal diploma, HEU, EPF).
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is a plus.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Graphtalk AIA application (knowledge of version 3 screens is a plus).
- Experience with Graphtalk AIA technical environment (coding, configuration, etc.).
- Knowledge of Life Insurance, particularly Swiss specifics, is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT architecture, interfaces, and security concepts.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS-Office; familiarity with Quality Center and Jira is a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
