Job Description

UNICEF is seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Manager to join our team in Geneva. As a key member of our Private Sector Fundraising and Partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic framework for knowledge management across the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of a knowledge management strategy and framework for the division.
  • Provide guidance and support to knowledge management specialists and focal points across the division.
  • Identify and capture business-critical knowledge and best practices for sharing across the division.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for reflection and learning to support the division's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Specialist, Digital Workplace, and Divisional IT staff to develop and implement knowledge management policies, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements:

  • Advanced university degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences, international relations, or knowledge management.
  • At least 8 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in knowledge management, with some experience at the international level.
  • Proven experience in leading the development and implementation of a knowledge management strategy and framework.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent management and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
