Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen engagierten Application Manager mit Schwerpunkt auf PIM- und Database Publishing, um unsere Kunden erfolgreich zu unterstützen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Betreuung und Betrieb von Applikationen wie dem PIM- und MAM-System sowie im Bereich Database Publishing
  • Analyse und Verarbeitung von Daten zur Automatisierung von Prozessen
  • Beratung, Implementierung und technische Unterstützung im Bereich der Prozessautomatisierung (Voll- und Teilautomatisierung)
  • Kundensupport im 1. und 2. Level für PIM-Kundenumgebungen und Schnittstellen
  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung unter Einbezug des Kunden sowie interner Fachstellen
  • Management und Wartung kleinerer SQL-Service-Installationen (My SQL, MSSQL)
  • Anpassungen von Schnittstellen (Erfahrungen mit XML und XLST sind von Vorteil)
  • Kenntnisse in Database Publishing (In Design von Vorteil)
  • Unterstützung der internen IT-Abteilung bei Bedarf
Profil und Anforderungen
  • Informatik-Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich PIM und/oder Database
  • Vertraut im Umgang mit SQL und My SQL
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Teamplayer-Qualitäten
  • Zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
