Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team in Chiasso, Switzerland. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with key partners in the French market and beyond.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships Director to negotiate and manage key deals, ensuring successful partnership execution.
  • Analyze KPIs and financials to optimize partnership performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage daily relationships with partners, ensuring seamless execution of activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee linear execution of partnership objectives.
  • Contribute to the internationalization of our business by opening new EU markets.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in the B2B channel and digital sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a strong focus on data management and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize critical points effectively.
  • Professional knowledge of English and French, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude and ability to adapt to changing dynamics.
