Job Title: Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at BMK Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the company's customer portfolio and turnover, proposing and implementing the sales strategy, and managing the sales team and monitoring objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strong relationships with customers
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve sales processes
Requirements:
- Solid experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
- Excellent strategic vision and ability to execute plans
- Good technical background and knowledge of IT tools
- Minimum level of English and Italian C1 required, good level of French, German desirable
