At The International Air Transport Association, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support our Global Office Management team. As an Assistant Manager Global Office Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of office lease and project activities across all IATA regions.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing project management support, procurement coordination, and contract management services to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of office projects. This will include:

  • Providing support in office projects of all sizes, helping to define scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Assisting country offices and regional offices with cost control templates and other matters.
  • Coordinating procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract management.
  • Reviewing contractual commercial clauses and ensuring timely signature of lease contracts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree in economics, accounting, or finance, and a qualification in project management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a procurement and project management role, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and activities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
