Key Account Manager for Central Switzerland

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at LEO Pharma. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance and building long-term relationships with high-potential hospitals and healthcare professionals in private practice.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Dermatologists and Allergists, including hospital pharmacists, within the relevant hospital/specialist centers and in private practice.
- Utilize a customer relationship management approach to capture valuable insights around customer needs and expectations.
- Demonstrate a holistic approach in connecting with customers, providing clinical knowledge, and anticipating environmental changes and obstacles.
- Differentiate product value proposition to all healthcare providers, physicians, or other stakeholders assigned to develop and maintain advocates for innovative therapies.
- Continuously strive to gain market intelligence: insights on customer needs, expectations, and environmental challenges.
- Develop Key Account Plans in collaboration with Medical Science Liaisons and marketing, focused on key accounts with measurable objectives and tactics to gain access and deliver added value to customers.
- Work in collaboration with medical and marketing to best address customer needs with a win-win approach.
- Degree in natural sciences or paramedical background.
- SHQA certificate.
- Several years of field service experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in hospital business.
- In-depth knowledge of the local pharmaceutical industry, distribution channels, and the healthcare sector.
- Pre-existing dermatology knowledge and key account network is a plus.
- Excellence in customer engagement, scientific data, and negotiation.
- Experience with multichannel plan setting and implementation.
- Excellence in strategic hospital account management and planning.
- Ability to map patient journey, local networks, and build local plans.
- Experience in complex, high-value medicine environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
